That Jazz
A dynamic Otaku Senshi fanfic project, brought to you by the Cherry Kitten Network
The Story
It is 5 years after the defeat of Galaxia, and the Sailor Senshi are getting on with their lives, including Pluto who has returned to the Time Gate.
While guarding the Time Gate, Pluto senses a disturbance- a fraction too late.
1000 years in the future, Chaos has reached 5 beings from its place in the Galaxy Cauldron. Advanced technology has allowed these beings to invent time travel, and so Chaos uses it to destroy the planet that her enemy so values- Earth.
The 5 beings, from different galaxies and planets, travel to Earth at a time it had a great moral decay, and would be susceptible to corruption from the inside. The 1920s. And the centre of the Jazz era was America, where the beings are posing as club owners.
Pluto calls the Senshi to fight once again, this time in an era they were not meant to exist. Their precence awakens powers that before, had lay dormant but were now coming awake with their own mission- To preserve the earth as it was during the 1920s.
The Sol Senshi
Living in a high rise apartment (in NY) and learning American English at a startling pace with help from a hired tutor, Minako and living in an english speaking country, the Senshi are on the lookout for any disturbance that may lead to Chaos. They are currently posing as performers at a club called "The Silvermoon"
Usagi: Taken the alias of Bunny, age 21, posing as the troupe's quick change artist by using her disguise pen.
Ami: Taken the alias of Molly, age 21, posing as the troupe's accountant, manager, and first aider.
Rei: Taken the alias of Raya, age 21, posing as one of the troupe's singers
Makoto: Taken the alias of Marcy, age 21, posing as the club's head chef (she didn't want to be a performer)
Minako: Taken the alias of Mina, age 21, posing as the troupe's main performer
Mamorou: Taken the alias of Darien, age 25, posing as the troupe's knife thrower (much to his assistant Usagi's displeasure... Though he has had practice with those roses) and doctor
Setsuna: Taken the alias of Sylvia, looks to be 24, posing as the troupe's manager and costume designer.
Haruka: Taken the alias of Fredrick (posing as a male), age 23, posing as the troupe's pianist.
Michuru: Taken the alias of Elaine, age 23, posing as troupe's violinist.
Hotaru: Taken the alias of Olivia, age 18, posing as the troupe's assistant (she's too young to be allowed into the club otherwise)
The Villains
Each owns their own night club in New York, a fair distance from each other.
Armstrong: Alias of Tom, tall and bulky, black hair, appears to be 29, owner of The Nightcat.
Sinatra: Alias of Nick, tall and slim, medium brown hair, appears to be 30, owner of Charlie's.
Williams: Alias of Jay, medium height and slim, blonde hair, appears to be 28, brother to Fitz and co-owner of 5th Street.
Fitz: Alias of Jordan, medium height and slim, blonde hair, appears to be 28, sister to Williams and co-owner of 5th Street.
Hunter: Alias of Daisy, tall and slim, black hair, appears to be 29, owner of The Silvermoon and possesses the most corrupted Star Seed.
The Senshi of the 1920s
Powers that weren't meant to be awaken, the six Senshi are all from various mobster gangs, and have only one interest (besides their mobster interests)- keeping the 1920s as they were meant to be.

The Project
"That Jazz" is a dynamic Otaku Senshi fanfiction in that it hopes to have multiple writers. The story does not have to follow a chronological order as such, but will be made up of many stories surrounding the plot. For a chance to participate in this, you can either:
A: Enter the competition at Tower of Time here to create 3 of the 6 Otaku Senshi
B: Email me at jetster@renfrews.com to become a writer, the remaining 3 Senshi will be created as a group effort.
C: Artists are welcome too! Any art is greatly appreciated, and if you would like to be an artist (a guest artist or a regular contributer to help the writers with imagery), email me at jetster@renfrews.com.
